Andrew has spent the past 31 years as an asset manager with portfolios under management in excess of a billion USD and as a principal Investment Advisor selectively providing access to sovereign wealth funds & entities, pension funds, family offices, private banks, venture capital funds and angel investors worldwide.

Lara has spent the past 28 years as a leader in the sectors of microfinance, work force development and jobs, has published several books and articles, has designed and prepared a series of private sector grants, loans and equity investments, including for renewable energy and has been active in 20+ countries around the Globe.

Daniel has a Masters degree in Financial and Industrial Management and has spent the past 20 years as a Director and Managing Director of Engineering & Construction Management Firms focusing on Asian and German markets and particularly on high-end foreign investment on sustainability as well as renewable energy.

Paolo is an Energy & Nuclear Engineer and has spent the past 20 years in the fields of energy and new technologies, mainly related to the installation of power plants (especially renewables), energy efficiency solutions and full- service industrial maintenance services, aimed to increase energy efficiency and reduce cost.

Georgia is an attorney at law, licensed to practice before the courts of First Instance, Appeal and the Supreme Court specializing in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Public Contracts Law, Public Procurement Law and Law of Regional, Local Administrative Authorities.
